Mr. Jincai Yang

Mr. Yang has over 30 years of experience in security shows. He Is a visiting professor, visiting professor of Beihang University, special expert of the Police Standardization Administration of the Ministry of Public Security and distinguished expert of Shenzhen government.

Founded CPSE Security Expo in 1989; founded China Public Security magazine in 1993, serving as President and Editor-in-Chief; established Shenzhen Security Association in 1995; and was elected at the inaugural meeting of the International Aviation Security Association held in the Philippines in 2010 as the first Chairman (2010-2013); founded China UAV Industry Alliance (with 120 members from 16 provinces and International Consultants cities nationwide) in 2014; founded the first UAV industry organization in China in 2015 – Shenzhen UAV Industry Associations, members covering the entire UAV industry chain.

Successively held professional UAV exhibitions, summit forums, study tours, seminars and other industry events, as well as the release of the eight UAV industry standards.

Mr. Jani was born to aviation family of Finland, is a pioneer in Unmanned Technologies. Co-Founder of international Unmanned Organizations: ArduPilot, DIYDrones and DroneCode.

Original creator of the ArduCopter platform, which started the current “Drone Revolution”. Jani is multi-tasking, experienced aviation and electronic prodigy. He has been involved in building both unmanned and full-sized manned aircraft for over 40 years.

Jani holds several awards for Unmanned Industry and positions in global organizations.

Mr. Norman Ng

Mr. Norman Ng has participated in the construction of security business since 1995, and he created China Public Security Expo (CPSE) while served as an international director. He founded Asian Anti-Counterfeiting Association as Secretary General in 2005 and built connection for GSIA and the security leader from over 30 countries. In 2010, he announced the establishment of the International Aviation Security Association in Philippines as Secretary General. In 2011, he established Macau International Security Inspection and EOD Technology Association as Executive Supervisor and was elected as the International Secretary General of Asia Pacific Security Association.

With 20-year experience in the international security market, Mr. Norman Ng has devoted his international professional skills to the security industry. In addition, Mr. Norman Ng set up World Drone Federation (WUAVF) as Secretary-General in 2017 and has expanded its membership from various countries.

Mr. Haydar Yalcin has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and has been working for the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) since 1989.

He is currently working for the DGCA as the Deputy Director General since December 2004. He has served in various positions throughout his career in the Turkish DGCA, including Aviation Safety Inspector, Maintenance and Airworthiness Inspector, Director of Airworthiness and Maintenance division and Head of Flight Standards Dept.

He is the Former President of the EUROCONTROL Provisional Council, Vice Chairman of ICAO EUR-NAT (Europe-North Atlantic) Regional Aviation Safety Group (RASG) and RASG Coordination Group (RCOG), and the member of the Board of Governors of the Flight Safety Foundation (FSF).

Mr. Thomas Pfau working as a political and business consultant in several EU projects in MSOE countries since 1990. Active as a consultant in many different projects of Germany Federal Ministry of Economics to support German SMEs informing foreign markets since 1996.

Now, Mr. Pfau mainly Concentrated on helping SMEs to start their business activities in foreign markets, active in the IT- security scene in Berlin and Germany together with experts to establish the connection in Shenzhen and other parts of China with his possibilities.

In 2014, Mr Pfau organized a business delegation (the first from Germany) to Shenzhen and Beijing to present there products and services from the civil security industry and of the disaster management sector in Germany, led by the responsible head of department in our Federal Ministry of Economics who represented the disaster manag Ement scene of Germany too.

He has 4 master degrees from different areas. His Ph.D. is from Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. He has lots of books in Turkey, book chapters in USA and Switzerland, and articles published in
international area.

Dr. Haydar ATEŞ also served in the Turkish Army as an officer and retired as Colonel. During his career, he commanded national and multinational troops and organizations in conflict areas around the world, such as Multinational Force Commander in West Bank, Palestine, NATO ISAF(International Security Assistance Force)Central Commander in Afghanistan, etc.

Mr. Thomas Grüner born in 1977 became an aviation enthusiast very early in life and has been engaged in model flying since the age of five.

He worked in different areas of aviation, e.g. as an aviation mechanic, aircraft inspector, quality assurance manager, pilot flight instructor.

As an aviation expert, he runs the Luftfahrtsachverständigenbüro Thomas Grüner where he works full-time as a technical expert and consultant for his aviation customers. The main tasks of expert services include the forensic preservation of traces and evidence, accident reconstruction, expert opinions, and damage appraisals,
aircraft assessments as well as the provision of other kinds of expertise.

Dr. Christoph Strecha is the CEO and founder of Pix4D, a Swiss company that develops and markets software for the production of survey-grade 3D models and orthomosaics from images.

Strecha received a Ph.D. from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) in 2008, completing his thesis on multi-view stereo.

His research interests include structure and motion techniques and city modeling.

He was and is involved in the work of several Commissions of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

He has authored numerous papers and in 2015 received the Carl Pulfrich Award for his work in computer vision and photogrammetry.

Dr. Kenzo Nonami has been a full professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chiba University since 1994.

Dr. Kenzo Nonami was in charge of Vice President of Chiba University from 2008 to 2013.

Right now, Dr. Nonami is an emeritus professor at Chiba University, CEO of his company called “Autonomous Control Systems Laboratory, Ltd.” and a Chairman of Japan Drone Consortium which includes more than 300 companies.

His recent research interests are fully autonomous drones, namely, fully autonomous unmanned multi-rotor helicopters and VTOLs as UAVs with GPS or GPS-denied environments, advanced robotics and mechatronics.

Mr. Rob Thompson holds a Master of Science from James Madison University for his work in aviation system designs and technical & scientific writing.

Rob is also the founder of Falcon Foundation UAS L.L.C. who provides leading advocacy efforts in the unmanned aircraft systems industry, managing government relations, committees of the association, executing legislative and regulatory strategies and creating law through the corresponding legislative committees.

Rob’s past projects for research and innovation include C-UAS, flight instrument haptic sensing, infrared runway traffic signals, the pilot selection process, positive attributes of pilots, application development, UAV
development, advanced display systems, robotics, wearables, 3D printing, advanced manufacturing, data collection and sensors.

Rob also has flight experience in 80 different models of aircraft and flown professionally as an ISR pilot, skydive operations, general aviation transport, and aerial image operations.

Mr. Bi Zhengqing, French Chinese, bass singer of French National Radio Choir, and academician of the European Academy of Sciences Arts and Letters in France.

In 1983, Bi Zhengqing came to France with his wife after graduating from the Central Conservatory of Music.

Mr. Ante Glibota, Vice-Chairman of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters (EASAL), economist, art and architectural historian and author.

He also wrote a volume of poetry, illustrated by the artists.

From 2010 until 2016 he serves as Vice-President and Curator-in-Chief of the Museum of Art and Urbanity in Shanghai, China.

In the Year 2019, Ante Glibota was appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the World UAV Drone Federation, Shenzhen, China.

Mr. Shaukat Aziz graduated from Gorden College, Rawalpindi in 1967, and gained an MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Karachi.

As Executive Vice President, he held several senior management positions in Citibank including head of institutional banking for Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and later for the Asia Pacific, followed by the Chief Executive of the bank’s global wealth management business.

Mr. Aziz co-chaired the UN Secretary-General Committee to promote reform and coherence at the United Nations. As Prime Minister, Mr. Aziz paid state visits to China in 2004 and 2007. Mr. Aziz offers an expert view and is a frequent speaker on the challenges facing the world including structural reforms, diplomacy, geopolitics, and security. Mr. Aziz is a member of several boards and advisory boards of various commercial and non-profit entities around the world. In 2015, Mr. Aziz became one of the board members of the Boao Forum for Asia.

Yukio Hatoyama, born 11 February 1947, is a former Japanese politician who served as Prime Minister of Japan from 16 September 2009 to 8 June 2010. He was the first Prime Minister from the modern Democratic Party of Japan. First elected to the House of Representatives in 1986, Hatoyama became President of the DPJ, the main opposition party, in May 2009. He then led the party to victory in the August 2009 general election, defeating the long-govern- ing Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), who had been in power for over a decade. He represented the Hokkaido 9th district in the House of Representatives from 1986 to 2012.
